Steven has been in the utility business for over 20 years. He started as a Distribution Engineer for Carolina Power and Light and gained experience in Distribution over 15 years and two mergers, leaving Duke Energy for Quanta Technology in 2014. At Quanta Technology, Steven was a Senior Advisor in the Distribution and Asset Management team, performing consulting services for utilities from San Francisco to Saudi Arabia. Through some of the consulting work he was doing for Potelco, Steven was asked to lead the North Sky Engineering team (now QUES Div 61) in 2016 with plans to help that team grow and to help expand Quanta’s Engineering footprint in the southeast. Steven has a wife and two daughters, 10 and 8, that keep him busy whenever he is home. He also enjoys traveling and cruising with his family and enjoying good wine and whiskey with friends around a fire.

Stacy’s career in the electric utility industry started with Capital Electric in 2000 doing pole loading analysis and field inventory. In 2006, she joined PAR Electric upon the creation of the planning, design, and engineering division in Kansas City. Stacy has been a part of the organization during the transition to Utilimap Corporation and now with QUES. Stacy has worked in various assignments over the years including; pole loading, drafting and design, prior to transitioning into the accounting and administrative side of the business. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Baker University and an MBA from Friends University. Stacy has lived in the Kansas City area her entire life with her husband and three children. She loves being a mommy, thrives on challenges, appreciates teamwork, embraces change and enjoys the simple pleasures of life. Her escape is running/working out and spending time with those near and dear.

John’s been working in the Electric Utility arena for over 40 years. He spent over 28 years with Ameren Missouri in a variety of positions prior to coming to PAR as an Operations Manager in 2008. He worked his way up to V.P. within PAR and remained in that capacity at both PAR Division 22 and Utilimap up until QUES was officially formed in May of 2017. He has a thorough understanding of Utility related work for Engineering, Construction, Vegetation Management, and Asset Management. John possesses a BS from Southern Illinois University, Plant and Soil Science, an MBA from St. Louis University and an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management from St. Louis University. John enjoys Hunting and fishing, weight training/fitness and cooking

After graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering Tony served as a project engineer for a bridge and highway construction contractor then moved on to work as a structural engineer for a small firm in St. Louis. He joined QUES (Utilimap at the time) in 2006 and worked his way up to his current position as Director of Engineering – Midwest where he directs engineering and pole load analysis operations out of St. Louis. Tony is a Professional Engineer in multiple states. Tony enjoys weight training, movies and martial arts training.

Phil brings nearly 40 years of experience in Construction and Project Management to Utility Line Management Services (ULMS) and is the Division Manager responsible for ULMS Company Operations. Phil retired from Southern California Edison (SCE) after completing a more than 30-year career in various positions including Principle Manager for the $520 million Pole Loading Program, Principle Manager of Substation Construction, Manager of Resource Planning and Performance, District Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to joining the ULMS Management Team, Phil’s other electric industry experience included Vice President Operations – Diversified Utility Services, Executive Project Manager on the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project for PAR Electrical Contractors and Director of Construction for Hampton-Tedder Company, providing field construction and testing oversight and business management. Phil began his career out of college working for Fluor Engineers & Constructors and a Construction Project Manager. Phil is married and has three grown children. He is an avid golfer, hockey fan, and likes to tend to his pack of Great Pyrenees and a Newfoundland.

Bryan has over 12 years of utility inspection management experience, includes the development and implementation of multi-million dollar utility inspections with a national reach. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Bryan has overseen all facets of utility contracts nationwide, while providing utility assessment and advisement and complete utility inspection program development. Bryan brings deep experience in underground, pad mount, wood and steel structure inspections. He is also overhead facilities inspections and a wood pole inspections trainer. When not involved in youth sports (baseball, football and basketball) on the weekends, Bryan enjoys hunting and fishing.

Lijo started off working his way through college as an IT recruiter and when he graduated with a BBA in Marketing, he shifted gears to a career in marketing working at advertising agencies, eventually becoming a Brand Manager at a major oil and gas company. Lijo eventually transitioned to HR as an opportunity connect to employees and to truly support organizations. He worked in the oil and gas industry, setting up offices, stabilizing HR departments and cleaning up ineffective HR practices within Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting, HRIS and budgeting. Lijo has had experience in oil and gas, software, construction, retail and aviation industries. Prior to QUES he was, with Quanta Telecom, setting up HR practices and supporting that company’s growth. Lijo enjoys spending time with his kids, traveling, singing and cooking.

Brian started in Information Technology during the first run-up to the dot.com boom of 1995. Data mining has always interested him, so report writing and databases is where he called home. Brian obtained an MCDBA and worked for several companies in the role of Database Administrator before accepting a position at the pre-Quanta acquired, Utilimap Corporation, in 2006. First starting at Utilimap, the IT group totaled a single person, so to see what we’ve grown to today – and the number of users we support – is nothing short of amazing. When Brian is not working, he enjoys running, traveling and camping. “More than anything, I am passionate about working with our end-users as we continue to innovate, grow and support Operations while also empowering our IT staff to grow their skills alongside their careers.”
